- Acceptance of Terms
By using WhatsHype, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.
If you are using WhatsHype on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
- Account Registration
To use WhatsHype, you must create an account by providing accurate details such as full name, email address, phone number, and business details.
You agree to maintain updated and correct information at all times.
Fake, misleading, or incomplete registrations may result in suspension or termination.
- Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether authorized or unauthorized.
You must notify WhatsHype immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
- Services Provided
WhatsHype is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for WhatsApp marketing, automation, and communication services.
Services are provided digitally and activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation and KYC verification.
Features vary depending on the subscription plan selected by the user.
- Service Usage Restrictions
You agree not to misuse WhatsHype. Prohibited usage includes (but is not limited to):- Sending spam, phishing messages, or bulk unsolicited campaigns.
- Promoting illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
- Misrepresenting identity or impersonating another business or individual.
- Using WhatsHype for fraudulent financial activity, scams, or illegal trade.
- Compliance with WhatsApp & Meta Policies
Users must comply with the WhatsApp Business API guidelines, Meta’s Commerce and Business Policies, and applicable Indian IT laws.
Failure to comply may result in suspension of your account or permanent banning of your WhatsApp Business number.
WhatsHype is not responsible for consequences arising from policy violations by the user.
- Payments
Payments must be made in advance through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways.
Subscription fees are displayed on our pricing page and may change without prior notice.
Taxes, transaction fees, and applicable government levies will be added to the final billing amount.
- Cancellations
Cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of purchase if the service has not been activated or API access provisioned.
Once services are activated, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Refunds
Refunds are processed only in cases of duplicate payments or verified technical issues.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@whatshype.in within 7 days of the transaction.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original mode of payment.
- No Refund Policy After Activation
Once a subscription or service is activated, no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage.
This includes cases where the user chooses to stop using the service midway.
- Data Collection & Privacy
WhatsHype collects personal information such as name, phone number, email address, and business details for account setup, billing, and customer support.
Data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

- Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and security protocols to safeguard user data.
Users are also responsible for securing their devices and internet connections when accessing WhatsHype.
- Content Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content of messages, campaigns, and data transmitted through WhatsHype.
WhatsHype does not monitor or control user-generated content but reserves the right to take action against abusive or illegal campaigns.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All software, code, design, branding, and trademarks associated with WhatsHype are owned by WhatsHype.in.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform.
Copying, reproducing, reverse engineering, or redistributing any part of WhatsHype without permission is strictly prohibited.
- Service Availability
While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, WhatsHype does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (e.g., WhatsApp API downtime), or force majeure events may affect availability.
- Limitation of Liability
WhatsHype shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform.
We are not responsible for losses due to message delivery failures, blocked accounts, or interruptions caused by third-party providers.
- Account Suspension & Termination
WhatsHype reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:- Violation of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior.
- Non-payment of dues.
Termination may be immediate and without prior notice.
- Modifications to Services and Terms
WhatsHype may modify features, pricing, or services at any time.
Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Users will be notified, and continued use implies acceptance.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
